The SHARPAL 191H Pocket Kitchen Chef Knife & Scissors Sharpener can be used to sharpen a wide range of knives, including household/kitchen straight edge knives (chef, paring, peeling, utility, slicing, Santoku), outdoor/sporting straight edge knives (pocket, hunting, fillet, tactical, fixed-blade), and serrated knives (steak, bread). It can also be used to sharpen scissors (excluding sewing scissors).

Using the SHARPAL 191H is simple. Press the black switch on the back to firmly attach the sharpener to the table, insert the blade fully and vertically into the appropriate sharpening slot, and gently pull the knife blade from heel to tip in the direction of the indicator arrows. For scissors, place the sharpener near the edge of the table, ensure the beveled side of the blade is fully leaned against the carbide blade, and draw the scissors from hinge to tip in the direction of the indicator arrows.
