Cangshan's knives feature a patented design with an ergonomic handle that provides an easy and comfortable grip. The well-balanced and comfortable handle pairs tastefully with the signature single mosaic rivet.

Handcrafted from Durable German Steel

These full-tang knives are handcrafted and forged from tight-grained X50CrMoV15 German Steel, ensuring incredible durability, stain resistance, and exceptional edge retention. Each blade goes through a proprietary ULTRA6 heat treatment, maintaining its strength and function. The knives are hand-sharpened to a 16-degree angle per side, with an HRC 58 +/- 2 on the Rockwell Hardness Scale.
